Merative names Brian Irwin as EVP and General Manager of Zelta

Effective 7 September 2026, Brian Irwin will lead Zelta, our clinical data management and acquisition platform for the life sciences industry.  

Most recently, Brian was the CEO of MedaSystems, a venture-backed life sciences SaaS company. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Optum Life Sciences, Medidata, and SHYFT Analytics where he helped grow businesses, build strategic partnerships, and lead organizations through significant transactions and growth transformation.  

Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in biology natural sciences from Saint Anselm College. He is based in New Hampshire.
